Visit SMART Immediate Care for non-life-threatening conditions like minor cuts, infections, and flu symptoms. For severe conditions like chest pain, difficulty breathing, or major injuries, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for new patients or patients who have only used Sexual Health or GMHW services:
SMART appointments are billable. If you have insurance, please bring your card and present it at the time of your appointment so we can verify we accept your insurance. If you have insurance we do not accept, you will be charged the full fee for your visit and can submit your receipt to your insurance company for whatever reimbursement you are eligible.
If you do not have insurance, we will help you figure out your insurance options – please call our Insurance Helpline at 202. 745.6151 in advance to complete the screening process. We can also determine if you are eligible for a discount on your fees.
