Through words, art, music, movement, and writing, participants are encouraged to explore emotions, process experiences, and express themselves freely in a nonjudgmental environment. No prior artistic experience is needed—just an openness to healing through creativity.

A safe, creative space for self-expression through art for teenagers, offering emotional processing and confidence-building in a supportive environment, with no artistic experience required.
Our Expressive Arts Drop-In Space is a safe, affirming environment for teenagers where you can express yourself through art, explore your identity, and connect with others who understand your journey. No artistic experience is needed—just come as you are! Whether you’re looking to process emotions, build confidence, or simply have fun with creative expression, this group offers support and understanding. All materials are provided, and everyone is encouraged to explore at their own pace. Come create, connect, and be yourself in a space that celebrates diversity and authenticity!

A narrative therapy group that uses creative writing to explore and heal emotional conflicts like trauma, grief, and anxiety, offering a safe space for diverse personal stories.
Narrative therapy through words and self-expression. Come to understand how emotions, actions, and problems shape the stories that we hold. Your story is welcome here. This is a:
- Safe space to process diverse narratives
- Way to heal life’s stuck-points and conflicts through creative writing
- Place to understand life conflicts like depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, hardship, heartbreak, and relationships
- Creative opportunity to bring closure to endings and pen new beginnings

When Words Are Not Enough
An expressive arts therapy group for BIPOC individuals to explore emotions through creativity, using various mediums like painting and movement in a safe space.
Join us for an 8-week expressive arts therapy group. This is a space for BIPOC folx to explore, heal, and grow using the power of creativity. Learn to communicate feelings through painting, collage, movement, drama, talk, and more. This is a safe space. No artistic or creative background necessary.
